For UK accounting practices
AI that prepares your clients' work and finds the advice in their numbers.
Minns chases the records, cleans the books and prepares the returns for your review. As it goes, it finds the advice each client needs, prices it and drafts the proposal. You sign off every return, letter and proposal before the client sees it.
Connects to the tools your practice and your clients already use
Your agents read from and work in the systems you already have, with a partner deciding what goes out.

Advisory
From a client's numbers to a signed proposal.
As the work goes through, Minns reads each client's books against the rules a partner would apply. Each piece of advice comes with the figures, the letter and a priced proposal. When the client says yes, Minns does the work for a partner to check, and the fee goes on the bill.

- The work
- Records chased each morning, taken in through the portal and matched to the work, books cleaned, VAT returns and accounts prepared from them.

Workflows
Run it your firm's way.
Set how your firm does each piece of work and advice once, and Minns runs it for every client, on its own or alongside Xero Practice Manager.
How it runs- Workflows
- Each piece of work the way your firm does it, set once and run for every client.
- Your own playbooks
- Package the advice your firm gives, with its figures, letter and fee.
- Jobs and deadlines
- Every client's work as jobs, with its dates and who has it.
- Proposals with e-signature
- Engagement proposals the client reads and signs online.
- Billing for the work and the advice
- The agreed fee goes on the bill, and Direct Debit collects it through your provider.
- Client email and portal
- Each client's emails on their file, and a portal for their records.
Controls
The controls are part of the product.
Named approvals
A filing, a payment or a message to a client waits for a named person, checked against the figures they saw.
An audit trail
Every run is logged: what the agent read, what it did, who approved it, and when.
Keys that never reach an agent
Bookkeeping, HMRC and Companies House credentials stay in the vault. Card numbers are hidden wherever they appear.
Figures from the engine
VAT boxes, the trial balance and the accounts are computed, not generated. A value the books do not hold shows as missing.
We are looking for design partners.
A few UK practices to run Minns on real clients and tell us where we have got it wrong. We set it up with you, on the demo company first. Nothing to pay for 90 days; the price after that is agreed before anything is paid.
