Message your assistant from Telegram, in the same conversation as the app.
If Telegram is where you already talk, link it once and a direct message to the bot reaches your assistant. Ask from the van, read the answer at your desk: it is one conversation wherever you write.
Works once Telegram is connected to your Minns account.

What's due this week?
Two supplier bills, £3,860 together, and your PAYE payment on the 22nd. Nothing from customers is overdue past 30 days.

Your Telegram messages land in your conversation in Minns.
Once linked, a direct message to the bot is a message in your own conversation with your assistant, marked as sent from Telegram. It knows what you asked in the app, and the app shows what you asked in Telegram.
It acts for you, with your access and your memory, as it does in the app. If you leave the business's Minns account, or can no longer use that assistant, messages from your Telegram stop reaching it.
- If a reply is still being written, your next message waits its turn.
- Unlink from the Minns app at any time.

Write from Telegram and the news comes back to Telegram.
The last place you wrote from is where your assistant answers. Ask in Telegram and a job that finishes later, or a scheduled result, comes back to your Telegram chat too. Write in the app again and they stay in the app.
When something needs your yes, the notice comes to your chat with two links, one to approve and one to reject. Each works once and lasts 72 hours, and deciding anywhere settles it everywhere.
- Approval notices go only to your own chat with the bot.
- Turn approval notices on messaging channels off in your settings if you prefer the app.

Telegram is connected to Minns once for the business, or by you for yourself. Then each person links their own Telegram.

An owner or admin connects the business's Telegram bot in Minns, or you connect your own.

The code is an example. Each code works once.
It does the work. You make the calls.
What the assistant may do on its own, and what only you, or someone you choose, may do.
The assistant may
- Answer your direct messages in your own conversation.
- Send finished jobs and scheduled results to Telegram when that is where you last wrote.
- Send approval notices to your own chat with the bot.
Only you may
- Link your Telegram, and unlink it.
- Approve or reject what is waiting, from a link or in the app.
- Choose whether approval notices come to your messaging channels.
Straight answers.
- Can I approve by replying yes in Telegram?
- Not in Telegram. Use the approve link in the notice, or the app. Replying yes to decide works by text message and WhatsApp.
- Can someone else link to my assistant?
- Only with a code from your Minns app, which works once and for 10 minutes. A link ties one Telegram account to one person.
- Do I still get phone notifications from the Minns app?
- Yes. Writing from Telegram changes where answers go, not your notifications.
Give your business an assistant.
Connect your mail, calendar and books in a few minutes. It works the way you do, and asks before it acts in your name.
