Once linked, what you send on WhatsApp goes to your assistant in your own conversation, the same one as the Minns app, marked as sent from WhatsApp. It answers in the chat, and jobs that finish later come back to WhatsApp while it is the last place you wrote from.
Photos you send are read with your message, so a picture of a receipt or a delivery note is something it can work with. Other attachments are not read, and it tells you so rather than pretending.

Yes or no, when it can only mean one thing.
When something needs your yes, the notice comes to your WhatsApp with what it is for and two links. If it is the only approval waiting for you, a plain yes or no in reply decides it, and your assistant tells you what happened.
If two or more are waiting, a yes could mean either, so it does not guess: it sends you the link to decide each one in the app. Each link works once and lasts 72 hours, and deciding anywhere settles it everywhere.
- Yes, y or approve to approve. No, n, reject or deny to refuse.
- A yes only counts for a notice that reached this phone.
- Turn approval notices on messaging channels off in your settings if you prefer the app.

Quiet when WhatsApp's rules say it must be.
WhatsApp lets a business write freely only within 24 hours of your last message. After that, your assistant sends a short note that there is an update for you, and holds the update itself until you reply. Reply ok or show me and you get it.
If you have linked the same phone for text messages, an update outside the 24 hours can go by text instead. Send STOP at any time and nothing more is sent to you unasked until you send START.

- No. You message your assistant from your ordinary WhatsApp. Minns runs the business side.
